This past year myl life became incredibly stressful and like a lot of other people, I turned to eating as the answer. I wasn't necessarily eating bad things; I was just eating too much.

Then I found iLoveKickboxing. It has honestly changed my life. I started taking classes in April and instantly fell in love. It became my new escape.

My trainers at iLoveKickboxing have been so helpful. They never let me quit on myself and pushed me to new heights. By the end of my first month and a half I had lost 21.5 pounds. I dropped two pant sizes from a size 10 to a size 6, which is a size that I have never been able to wear. I went from medium or large shirts to smalls and I gained a significant amount of muscle in my upper and lower body, all the while toning up my core.
