I love this studio and the coaches! They really push you to do your best! They provide a fun atmosphere for everyone! I’ve lost over 5 lbs this year alone!

I participated in the 6 week challenge and really liked that they had early morning classes. I also loved my coach Jose Rios. He helped me hit my goal of losing 25 pounds in 6 weeks! The manager Taylor is also AMAZING! When she teaches a class she gives 100% and is very helpful when answering questions. You do need a $500 deposit to participate in the challenge. However you are able to break that up into smaller payments. If you hit your goal, take 18 classes, do all of your social media check-ins and post your groceries once a week your, deposit is completely refundable. You also have the option of rolling your deposit into a membership. For me all of the above is worth it as I am happy with my weight loss results of losing 25 pounds! I am just waiting to have my deposit refunded.

I completed the six weeks challenge, I lost 6% of my body fat and 14lbs. I was skeptical about doing the challenge, thinking it was a set up to get my money but I was wrong. From the first day everyone was so supportive and energetic, they were very helpful throughout the entire process that they added more fuel to my desire to win. I came here to loose the weight (10-15lbs) my doctor told me I needed to so I would no longer be a border-line diabetic and I did it doing something I love with encouraging and supportive people and not just the staff. I also learned a better way to eat which played a important as well as an enormous roll in me achieving my goal to win the challenge. I learned as I burned away body fat with the tips of the day the instructors shared every class. I'm so satisfied with my results and the energy I have and received everyday I went, I plan to join in the future.

Ceci, Alan, Leah, & Paige are fantastic trainers. You will love learning how to change your life when you see and feel the transformation you will experience when following all protocol. GOALS MET while participating in the 6 week challenge...LOST 8.4% body fat & 14.8 lbs in 6 weeks....I 😮 surprised myself and so can you....

I signed up for The 6 Week Challenge because I wanted to drop some pounds for my sister’s wedding. I also wanted to get active again! Going to the gym started to feel like such a task and kickboxing is something I wanted to try. I am so happy I decided to join THIS gym. The coaches at Bucktown are absolutely AMAZING! Each one has their unique teaching style, but they compliment each other so well. I am so appreciative to each of them for making this journey a fun and successful one! I completed the challenge and achieved my goal! I dropped 14.6 lbs and 6.4% body fat! I couldn’t be happier with my results! For those that are on the fence about joining, I say DO IT! You won’t regret it! Just make sure you are ready to put the work in!! Thank you Ilovekickboxing Bucktown for a wonderful experience!!

I had a wonderful time with ILKB. The instructors were the warmest people who provided me with constant encouragement and accountability. The studio is fairly accessible via the blue line so it is easy to get to and they have classes available all throughout the day. I came in scared of reaching my goal to lose 25 pounds in six weeks and I was able to accomplish that and build healthy eating habits long term. Definitely come through and be apart of the team!

If you are thinking about joining, JUST DO IT !!! This is the best thing I’ve done for myself. I've never been fit or athletic, so it was intimidating for me to jump into Kickboxing. All the instructors make workouts so much fun. Now I look forward to class every time! The community culture of members and instructors is so positive and inclusive that I didn’t feel like I had to hide in the back from day one. Not only did I meet my goal in 6 weeks, I also physically FEEL BETTER! My lifestyle has drastically changed and as a result, I have so much more energy and strength in my daily routine. Every meeting and check in was super helpful and encouraging. Every class showed better results each time. I’ve learned so much in such short time since I’ve joined. All thanks to the ILKB team and everyone in it for helping me accomplish my goals ❤️

I started the 6 week challenge in July going all the way through August. I never thought this would be something I would commit to but I ended up staying and I felt excited to be here almost every day. I picked up a morning routine, I found a greater awareness for nutrition, and I lost 9lbs and 5.1% of my body fat in that time. My clothes fit better, I feel stronger, and I feel motivated to keep working hard towards my health. If you’re on the fence about trying the challenge or doing a challenge, I totally understand. It’s certainly not a cake walk, but the coaches here support you and keep every class interesting and intriguing enough where you would want to keep coming back! Additionally, it does cost money to do the challenge and if you don’t beat it then understanding whatever at stake is important. I made sure to ask all of my questions so I felt secure about committing! Thanks ILKB for giving me the space to grow!

Workouts and instructors (Paige, Aimee, Alison, Jasmine, Dani) here are incredibly welcoming, responsive, and knowledgeable! I love going to class with them and my kickboxing skills went from zero to a hundred during my six week challenge thanks to them. I was able to meet my goal to lose 6% body fat, had an overall positive experience, and got my money back! One thing to be aware of if entering into the challenge is that the diet is very important to success and they do not have a nutritionist on staff, so it might be helpful to find someone you can consult with throughout the challenge to ensure you are successful in a way that works for you and meets your body’s needs!

Just finished my 6 week challenge here and it was an amazing workout!! I saw noticeable results in a short period of time and the staff is always very nice and encouraging! It's clear they know what they're doing and want you to have the best experience possible in their studio. They also cater to all levels so worth coming here even if you've never kick-boxed before!

I did the Ilkb 6 weeks challenges and my experience at ILoveKickboxing- Bucktown was amazing, all the coach are wonderful, they helped me to win my challenge by complimenting me for each steps, even the little ones and to never give up. Going to the gym was not something that I really appreciated, but since I took kickboxing classes with them, I was just happy to go to each class. Thank ILoveKickboxing- Bucktown team for that wonderful experience, for sure I will come back

I am so happy I finished my 6 week challenge! I can see I have a lot of changes in my body, without mentioning that I have more resistance. I am so proud that I downloaded more than 6% of body fat. The couches are very kind and I love their energy. Definitely I would love to keep having classes. I want to thanks to all the iLoveKickboxing team!

Cannot recommend this place enough. The classes are incredible and the instructors are motivating and kind. It’s a very welcoming environment that makes you feel instantly comfortable. I lost 19.2 pounds in just 6 weeks of taking classes. I feel stronger, I have more energy, and I actually fit in my clothes again! The classes are challenging but always fun. 10/10 recommend.
