This place is amazing. The workout helped me reach my fitness goal(lightest I've been in 6-7 years I guess). The trainers are awesome and very motivating. Music is great too. Class overall is fun. I'd come here any day, anytime !

It's a really intense workout (in a good way) - I start sweating partway into the warm-up and don't stop until I'm on my way home! The instructors are super nice, instructions at the beginning of each round are super clear, and as long as you're working hard and staying moving, they'll pretty much leave you alone - which is great for people who just want some solid exercise. Overall, definitely would recommend!

Words cannot describe how much I love this place! I started coming to classes in September and was extremely nervous, but as soon as I stepped into the ILKB Cambridge gym I felt at home. The workouts are fun, instructors are very encouraging, and you’ll leave feeling like your best self. I promise you, you won’t want to miss out on this opportunity!!

I participated in the 6-week challenge and I can now say I LOVE kickboxing! I’ve always struggled with gym motivation, but when it came to kickboxing, I found myself looking forward to every class! The coaches are super friendly and motivating and the class itself is SO MUCH FUN! The 6-week challenge meal plan helped me use food as fuel and I saw real results when I stayed consistent! This program truly changed my relationship with food and exercise and I could not recommend it enough!

Amazing workout here. I participated in the 6 week challenge and for the first time in my life I actually lost weight in a significant way. The structure of the program with the meal plans and check ins kept me accountable and the length of the challenge allowed me to build good habits that I will continue as a lifestyle. Also, I got killer arms from hitting this bag! The energy is great and the coaches are helpful and nice. I do wish that the class packs/membership plans were in more digestible packages for those who want to get their kickboxing in just a couple times a week though. Otherwise, if you’re thinking about doing kickboxing in general or the 6-week challenge, I definitely recommend!

After getting out of a really terrible relationship I decided to enter the 6-week kickboxing challenge. I needed to focus on myself and this was the right place to go! I met my goal of loosing 10% of my body weight while abiding by the food plan they supply and going to the classes religiously. I started my own business recently as well so the time commitment was really tough for me but it was worth it! I feel and look better than ever! Thanks for everything and I hope to return eventually!

I did the six week challenge with ilovekickboxing Cambridge, and I lost 17 pounds! They were so nice. All of the instructors are positive and guide you through the workout. Don’t worry if you’re an absolute beginner: you will feel like it’s just a fun workout but with gloves! ILKB Cambridge did a wonderful job supporting me on my journey and being understanding of adapting my six week challenge to my needs. When my challenge ended they were also very willing to discuss multiple options for me to continue. Whether you’re a practiced boxer and want to practice your skills or someone who hasn’t exercised in awhile and needs a fun way to get back into it, you’ll feel very welcome here and you’ll have a great time!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in the six week challenge at ILKB Cambridge! I love the staff and classes have been very enjoyable. The set up of the classes and the instructors encourages you to do what you are able to while still pushing yourself. I really like that style! I used to go to another kickboxing gym a few years back, and the ILKB crowd is much more welcoming and encouraging. Mark, Jade, and Erin are awesome instructors and helped me so much along the way! Very grateful.

I took the leap one day to try something new to kickstart my weight loss journey and came across ILKB. From the very first day I was hooked. The staff was so helpful and I felt comfortable right from the start. I did the 6 week challenge and was actually the first winner! I met some of the greatest people there and one is still my bestie and we still go to classes together! The community is like nothing I’ve ever experience at any other gym. We motivate eachother, dance, sweat and laugh together as a team. Bri is amazing and all the other trainers are so helpful. I highly recommend ILKB for anyone who wants to try something new and challenging but also rewarding.

This place is AMAZING and I can’t recommend it enough. I could barely do a push-up when I started. Within only a few months, I saw incredible improvement in my strength and endurance. This place changed my life! All of the instructors create an environment that is incredibly supportive and motivating for everyone. Best of all, class is SO MUCH FUN that I always look forward to it.

We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!
