We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

Transferred to this location from Jersey and so far its been great. The instructors are all very personable and professional. The drills are good and focus on technique. Would like to see them incorporate other options than the partnering up, but I do believe this is trying to include some human interactions in the workout. I am being open minded about it for now. Overall it's a great gym and workout!

Was looking for something to get my exercise mojo back and this place did it. A very welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Even though the class is structured the same way, the moves change from class to class. 4 months in and can't wait to go back for more.

I Love Kickboxing has been a very welcome change in my life. I was very skeptical and hesitant at first.... I’m not very active or athletic but I wanted to improve my health and stamina so I decided to give it a try. The instructors have been excellent- very helpful and patient! They allow you to go at your own pace but encourage you to push yourself. In no time, I was keeping up with the pros. I’ve been going once/week for about three months and I’ve lost a lot of weight! (I’ve also been eating well!) More importantly, I can already see a huge difference in my body (lost a few inches from my waist! YES!) and I’m no longer out of breath after a short run. I’ll likely upgrade to an unlimited membership soon to get even better. Thank you ILKB! Bonus- this is a socially conscious company, they promote campaigns for charity or helping the environment every month!

It was my best work out ever! I used to do personal training sessions, but I have definitely lost more weight and got more toned thru this work out. Not going to say it is an easy work out. But you will be satisfied with the outcome!! Also, Instructors are very nice and so inspiring. 👍👍👍 I just joined monthly membership and so did my friends. I think you will have more fun if you bring your friends. 🤣

Ilovekickboxing in Chelsea has convenient class schedules. Staff is super friendly, very motivating and they encourage you to go after your healthier lifestyle goals. I love the upbeat music. I have tried another workouts but this place is my favorite!! I have been a member for 2 years and I recommend this place if you wanna get in shape and have fun at the same time!! I give them 5 stars💋
