We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

Awesome experience meal preps sheets gave me the boost I need it through every work out, literally never got hungry. Instructors straight to the point and willing to help always. I want to say thank you for this I definitely coming back since I have found a new habit.

This has been an amazing place to workout. I have always felt welcome and the staff has been super helpful and encouraging. The workouts are intense and well-rounded. Strongly recommended for anyone who has ever entertained the idea of trying kickboxing.

The 6 week challenge was the best 'kick start' I could have chosen to get back on the fitness train. I followed the program and poured the effort into it, and IT WORKED! The coaches were so supportive and always ready to give advice about food, supplements, and extra workouts and stretches. I highly recommend this program. ILKB is a great gym full of great people. Join up. Be encouraged and motivated. GET THE RESULTS! They're here waiting for you. Keep in mind that you put $500 of your money down on this as incentive. Use the motivation to fuel your goals. I did.

My experience and six week journey was amazing from the consultation appointment all the way through my last check in! I did not believe that I was signing up for the challenge because of physical and time limitations, but I was encouraged by Melissa from day one. She believed in me and encouraged me every step of the way. Through the wonderful program, I was able to drop 26 pounds and regain some of my confidence! It’s a great way to get fit and stress reliever. I am forever grateful to Melissa and all of the ilovekickboxing team for a wonderful time.
