I was a 6 week challenger, with the goal of losing 25 pounds and I did it!! If you are highly motivated and ready to make your goals happen this is definitely a great way to do it! The classes are high intensity and the meal plan provided really works. I feel so much stronger and healthier, I made my goal and am so proud! The instructors are encouraging and helpful with techniques throughout the classes. The reasons I did not give 5 stars are these: - The class times are difficult for anyone that works shift work. I could only go to classes on my days off - which made it hard to complete the requirement of at least 3 classes/week. I often did 2 classes a day to make up for it. - Drop ins are not made welcome. I was really enjoying the classes and wanted to bring a guest with me. When I showed up to class with my guest I was told no and my guest just had to leave and come pick me up after class. However, after asking more questions and a second instructor it was explained that to bring someone new they have to go to a 'first timers class' that is only at certain times on certain days so that the whole process can be explained to them for safety reasons before they do their first class. So it's possible to bring a friend to class, just not at all easy.

I decided to take a chance on ILoveKickboxing after I consulted with their trainers and realized this was exactly what I needed to feel physically, mentally, and emotionally better than I had been. I signed up for their free 6-week challenge and I couldn’t be happier with my results, the program, the facility, and the staff. I received an easy step-by-step meal plan and directions on how to make meal prepping easy. The meal plan is designed to help you SHED FAT FASTER alongside your workouts, without feeling hungry! I never starved and was always satisfied. The friendly and supportive staff provided positive motivation and guidance, in and out of the gym. The instructors are thorough and precise in guiding you through the workouts. No experience necessary! The facility was always CLEAN. They steamed and disinfected often and I always appreciated that, especially during this time. Over the course of 6 weeks I GAINED: mentors, friends, confidence, physical endurance, and skills to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. Over the course of 6 weeks I LOST: 6.2% BODY FAT, cravings for sweet and fatty foods, and most importantly, my excuses not to better myself.

ILoveKickBoxing is an AMAZING workout. I began with the 6-week challenge, and was hooked after the first class! The people I have met during this experience have been encouraging and supportive, like a family, and I’ve found the classes to be an EXCELLENT way to work off your stress and frustrations. After my very first class, I felt like I had become part of this family, and team, that encourages and motivates you to become the BEST YOU that you can be! The instructors are AWESOME and help you the entire journey. It’s the most fun I’ve had while working out in a LONG time and I 100% recommend checking it out!

This place is incredible. I just finished the 6 week challenge and it was the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Every time I walked in I felt important and like the coaches/instructors were genuinely happy to see me. I feel so much stronger than when I started. You can start completely out of shape, or already where you want to be and the workout will still be great for you.

This challenge was what I needed. Instructors are awesome. Diet plan is a bit sketchy for information. Not hard to follow just hard to understand a. Several contradictions. I beat the challenge and reaped the rewards for hard work and dedication. If you think you "can't" you are correct. If you think you "can" you are correct. Quit sitting around and go get this. You'll love it.
