We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

iLoveKickboxing is amazing! This place is life changing and so worth it. I have learned so much in the short time I’ve been there (7 weeks). I wake up everyday ready to get to class because it’s so much fun! The coaches are the best and are there to support and guide you! I highly recommend giving them a shot! You won’t regret it!!

If you want an amazing full-body workout look no further! ILKB Mandarin has a great facility and amazing instructors. I've lost almost 5lbs in 2 weeks and am gaining strength and muscle! The staff are awesome and bring a high amount of energy and encouragement. This is the workout I love to hate... By that I mean I'm always a little scared before I get there because I know the workout is going to be tough, but then I feel strong and accomplished when I'm done and have almost always burned over 500 calories!

ILoveKickboxing is awesome! I joined almost 3 months ago and the instructors are friendly, more than willing to help and the workouts are even better! I highly highly recommend this gym!
