We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

I recently took part in a 6 week challenge at ILoveKickboxing - Laguna Niguel. I can honestly say that after 6 weeks I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years. When I first joined the studio I could hardly get through the warm-up, but within days I found myself gaining strength, speed and technique. It is an improvement in your body you can actually feel! The staff at this studio are fun, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The classes are so much fun that it doesn't feel like hard work - except the sweat and burned calories are the proof. I watched the pounds fall off and made friends and I've had more fun with this than any other workout routine I've had. I highly recommend trying out this studio - After one class you'll be back for more.

Kickboxing is so much fun! I’m getting a great workout as well. The instructors are amazing. All of the participants are so nice. We are all supporting each other and cheering each other on. I’m seeing improvements already in my weight & body fat but most importantly, I feel great! 🥊🥊🥊

I love this gym! Everyone is super nice and I’ve never looked forward to working out EVER! The instructors have so much energy which helps keep me pumped from warm up to cool down stretches. Highly recommended! 😊

This gym is absolutely amazing! The coaches are all supportive in and out of class. They always help with correcting form or Anyone from someone who has never been to a kickboxing class to intermediate kickboxers can benefit from the class. On average I burn 750 calories in a single hour long class. In just 3 weeks, I was able to shed 6% body fat and gain 6lbs of lean mass with the help of a diet plan and coming to class. I recommend this gym and location to everyone I talk to about fitness!
