We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

I heard of this from a friend and I started it by doing the six week challenge. I can’t say enough good things about the workouts/instructors/THE MUSIC/everything. My body transformation since I’ve started is insane. Like anything else in life, you get what you put in but I’m convinced that all you really have to do in this studio to get results is show up and keep moving. I also love that you can always get better and better at just about every movement and exercise in class. These pictures are from before the 6 week challenge, mid challenge, and a week after the challenge. Very happy here!

Mission accomplished I am soo happy and glad that I found and chose ILOVEKICKBOXING for my weight loss journey. The first couple weeks were the hardest part because I had to get accustomed to meal/diet plan, but after getting use to the food you create ways to make it appetizing.The way the diet is set up it made it easier than most diet to transition into the program. The 6 week challenge group is like an empowerment group with instructors that help and motivate you as well as other women who are working really hard to achieve the same goal. Doubling up on classes is a really big boost and a great way to lose more weight. I shed a lot of weight doubling up during the week and the results were amazing. The staff is very friendly, nice, and always gives word of encouragement. Especially during checkpoint reviews and the kickboxing workout session. I would recommend anyone to give this place a try if you r looking to shed some unwanted weight. #6weekchallenge #26pounds

All my instructors rocked! Even after completing my 6 weeks I’m still going to continue. I recommend this challenge to anyone who wants to live healthy and fit lifestyle
