We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

We had a bad experience with my fiance. They are all about the money and not so much about your losing weight. The 6 week challenge is not possible for many people but they don't tell you that. Like 99.9 % of the people cannot lose weight for 6 weeks, maybe in 6 months and that's how they get you. Don't sign up for the 6 week challenge course.

I'm giving ILKB 5 stars...because there isn't a bad thing I have to say!!! The classes are intense, so if you're looking for a great workout, this is it!! The trainers are highly motivated to keep YOU accountable and motivated!! They walk around class and make sure your form is done correctly, and even then, they will punch the bag with you to keep you moving!! It's fun, exciting, far from boring, and same old everyday workouts! They even talk with you about your diet, nutrition, and daily struggles with trying to get fit and staying fit! I look forward to working with the team there!!!

LOVE it there. Love it more than regular gyms. Excellent workout, actually see a difference, very supportive staff and other members for each other to reach goals, and a great place to make new friends too! Absolutely recommend trying it.

Don’t fall for the six weeks free they make you sign a contract and the contract makes it impossible to get your money back

Just finished my first week at I love kickboxing Liverpool! I had been struggling for a long time with starting up, and am now kicking myself for not starting sooner! The staff are wonderful and extremely motivating. Classes are fun and challenging at the same time. I now get excited to work out and I can thank i love kickboxing for that!
