I love this place. The energy is outstanding! So I took the challenge as an investment into my own well-being. I learned a lot along the way in terms of paying closer attention to my food choices and learning to prepare foods that are tasty healthier options. I struggled along the way as my work routine made it hard to drink all those fluids but it has been well worth it in terms of my energy return value. ???

After trying different things, finally found a right place and right people who are genuinely motivating you to achieve your health goal. Each class was full fun, energy and motivation. They are highly experienced and knowledgeable coach who are truly care about you. i am sold and highly recommend to anyone!

I love kickboxing has been one of the greatest decisions I’ve made for my health! It is such a fun workout and the instructors are so motivating and amazing! Not only have I lost weight but I have changed my eating habits, which has improved my health so much more! I love kickboxing is amazing and I highly recommend it.

ILoveKickboxing has become my favorite part of my day! The instructors are absolutely awesome! So friendly, energetic, welcoming, informative, and not to mention, they keep me laughing! The atmosphere is wonderful- everyone is so nice and non-judgmental. I’ve never been the type of person to go to the gym or exercise regularly, but I love these workouts (even when my body is cursing me) and the music is great! When I first signed up, I did the 6-week challenge that they offer and lost 20lbs. 😃 Even though I finished the challenge, I’m still going to classes and look forward to seeing more wonderful changes within myself! One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.❤️

I must say this 6 week fitness challenge has been a refreshing challenge! It allowed me to re-focus on my health and prioritizing me. With a great group of instructors, it's provided the knowledge and tools to make positive changes. It's important to be intentional and have accountability partners that encourage you to do the right things. So, I would encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and even give something like kickboxing a try!

I truly loved completing the 6 week challenge with I Love Kickboxing Midlothian. The challenge was easy to follow and gives great results. The class has a great structure to keep you going. The staff is amazing they really love what they do and it shows. No matter how rough the day it was always great to see the positive and motivating staff members. I look forward to more adventures with this great group of people.

ILKB was life changing for my husband and I! Since we started our 6 week challenge our lifestyles did a 360 and we are now the healthiest we have ever been in our life. Ilovekickboxing is a great place to increase your physical and mental fitness. The coaches are very encouraging and supportive of your goals. There ability to help you to not only reach your goals but exceed your goals is outstanding! The facility is clean and organized every single time you go to class. We absolutely love the Midlothian facility and staff!

Taking on the 6 week challenge was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made - not only was I amazed by my results; but I’ve learned so much in such a short amount of time, met some of the best like-minded people, and am continuing to build my confidence with each class I take. I joined the 6 week challenge and it was the best decision to finally get committed to lose weight. I was always stuck on my own up to a few pounds. I learned about new food options with their meal plan and loved the support from the coaches. The first week I thought the workout was crazy but after 2 or 3 classes my resistance through the entire workout was amazing and the hour felt like nothing. I feel so great and strong physically and mentally. I can't wait to continue losing the extra pounds and toning my body with ilkb!

I started on my weight lost journey about 19 months ago. I started eating better and lifting weight at the gym, but still could not get my body were I wanted it. Started kickboxing to with a friend and have loved it. I started noticing a difference in my energy level, fitting into small size jeans, and feeling better about myslef. Ilovekickboxing has been a great place to help you get the full body workout you need and will teach you how to be healthier. I could not be happier.
