Today was my final weigh in on my 6 week challenge! I have met my goal!!! If you are committed and ready for a change this is definitely the class for you! The workouts are intense but manageable and it definitely does the job to get to your goal. They provide you with a meal plan that you must follow to help you reach your goal. I am definitely feeling much more confident, my clothes are fitting much better and no more feeling bloated. With quarantine and this pandemic it’s easy to gain the weight this was a great way to jumpstart my journey for a lifestyle change!

Hi everyone, I did the 6-week challenge at the Park Ridge location of Kickhouse. They keep you accountable to push you to your goal. Weekly posts of what you are eating, a minimum requirement of days to come in, and weigh ins. The staff is kind and upbeat. Any questions you have will be answered. They are also just nice people to have a conversation with. The workouts are different and intense. While the classes are structured in the same way of cardio, stretching, and rounds of kickboxing, each day is different in what exercise you will be doing. They also teach you the proper way to kick and punch and help you through the workouts. They help with nutrition. There are multiple nutritional guides for different people to follow. They help choose the right one for you. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and for those who don’t think you can reach your goal, you absolutely can with their motivation and help!
