We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

I was so happy our gym opened back up since the pandemic started. I felt nervous at first but once you open the door to go into your scheduled class the instructors take over and makes everything run smoothly and safely and efficiently. I feel very safe being at ilkb even during these crazy times. It feels great being back. The classes are shorter but boy you still leave sweaty. Love this fit fam.

Ilkb Peabody has changed my life! When I started back in February 2019 I was reaching almost 260 pounds. I was battling with depression and anxiety. I finally decided to take control of my life. I am now down to 140 pounds and in the best shape of my life! They give you all the tools and support you need for a healthy lifestyle. It's a judgement free zone. Everyone is there for the same reason. The entire staff and the members seriously have become family. You don't get that at any other gym. Who would have thought working out could be so fun?

A must during this pandemic! With the gym reopening the new format is safe and effective. Workout is short (30mins) but intense. A combo of cardio blast and strength training that targets all muscle groups with the guide of awesome instructors that motivates you to work effectively. Nothing beats hitting the bag to destress and burn those calories! Plus you have the option of doing an additional virtual workout from home at your convenience via you tube. Couldn’t ask for more💪🏻
