We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

I absolutely love this gym. It’s the perfect combination of a great, butt kicking workout with fun, friendly staff that keeps the gym clean and safe during these difficult times. I felt immediately welcomed and I’ve been taking class almost everyday since I started. The best part about it is that you get so much more than a workout. You get a full life-changing experience and the classes are so affordable. How much better can it get?!

Never have I ever enjoyed working out as much as I do now! I literally look forward to waking up everyday and going to the kickboxing gym. I love love love it!! The energy amongst everyone is out of this world!!! The instructors are absolutely AMAZINGGG!!! Every single one of them have their own unique way of teaching the class and giving us a great workout. They are super supportive and truly hold you accountable when it comes to meeting your goals and getting through those tough workouts. If you’re looking for a kickboxing gym, look no further.. TRUST ME, THIS IS THE ONE!

I just started going and I absolutely LOVE the classes! The instructors are very motivating and really know what they’re doing and truly care about the people in the classes. It’s a clean atmosphere and they follow the CDC guidelines so I feel safe when I go in person. I feel like I get a great workout every time I go and feel stronger every time I walk out. If you’re looking for something to work the entire body, this is it and I highly recommend it.

I have never been a workout person, but now I can say that I found the perfect workout that has me so pumped and makes me want to wake up super early to workout at 6am. Yes! You read it right... the earlier the better. This workout gives you a sense of empowerment and makes you want to keep pushing. The coaches are great, and the environment in general is even better. No judgements, just encouragement. 🥊💪🏽 I definitely recommend it to anyone!

I love the scenes and how every coaches has their own personality. All the workout are different from the last class; so you really missing out from it all. You will gain a whole lot of techniques, self confidence And proper way to eat while losing weight so what more can you ask. As for safety You make sure you clean your bag and they clean the floor and other equipments. You get your temperature check and wear a mask. Stay 6ft apart at all time. They will push you and wanted it more than you do which will get you to push yourself as well. As one of the coach always say you can, you will, and you must Not only for yourself but those who around you. So what are you waiting for. Let’s get together!!!
