I am recently a new member to the i love kickboxing crew and i can say that i have loved it since day one! I loved how clean the place was and the staff is so nice and encouraging they really make working out fun and make you wanna come back for more. I highly recommend anyone that wants to give kickboxing a try, to do it here!

Ilovekickboxing is amazing!!! It is hard work, but hard work pays off. I have lost 15lbs already and have had fun doing it! The staff is amazing and motivating. I enjoy coming to class.

I have been a member of ilovekickboxing Redondo Beach for three and a half months and I have seen improvements in my body that I have never seen before with other workouts I’ve engaged in. For example, my arms, abs, and legs are the most toned I’ve ever seen! I’ve trained for running events, taken dance classes, and done videos after videos after videos at home. But the workouts at ilovekickboxing are at a whole nother level. The way the hour long class is set up - a kick-butt 15 minute warmup, five minute stretching, six rounds of bag work that increase in intensity, partner boxing rounds, and a yoga cool-down - guarantees that you will not only leave greatly sweating, but feeling like you’ve accomplished something amazing. All of the instructors are top-notch and bring their own individual strengths to the class. It helps motivate when they encourage you and cheer you on. They will also give you guidance if they see improper form. The music and sense of community also keeps you encouraged to do your best and challenge yourself. If you’re looking to lose weight and/or get into better shape, kickboxing is the way to go. Even when you’re tired from a long week of work, you feel energized after an hour workout at ilovekickboxing!

iLoveKickboxing is my new addiction! The BEST workout you will ever get! TRUST me! I'm a mom in my 40s and I feel muscles I didn't even know I had! This place is fantastic! It's a great neighborhood gem and the staff has a great down-to-earth vibe. They're knowledgeable, energetic, and helpful. The studio is clean and new. The locker rooms are awesome. The music is fantastic and you'll sweat like you never have before. It's an all-in-one workout. Try it and you will see. I really do LOVE Kickboxing!

This review has been long over due. I’ve been a member of ILKB for over 1.5 years now and I don’t feel like it has been that long. The sessions are never monotonous or repetitive. I burn anywhere between 400-550 calories every session. I honestly can’t think of one thing I don’t like. The instructors are fun and extremely engaging. They push you to do better every time. I honestly love going to ILKB. The name says it all. I love kickboxing!!!
