Best place to go if you’re looking for a fun way to exercise without having to create your own routine. I have never lost motivation to come here, it’s the only workout I’ve ever been able to commit to! Great staff and great music! Lots of fun!!

The instructor team in ILKB Royal Oak is amazing. They're all high energy, entertaining as hell, and maintain a very enthusiastic local community that's judgment free. They keep me so motivated I've been going 5x a week and I'm never bored despite going so frequently!

Ever since joining, this location has pushed me harder than any program I've done. The atmosphere is friendly, competitive, and collaborative. The instructors are well trained and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend if you want to feel strong, abled and want to get in shape!

Trainers here are phenomenal, they came from backgrounds ranging from Muay Thai, boxing, mixed martial arts and yoga. Classes include tabata, stretching, and most importantly fun & interesting combos. Training here will no doubt bring you major improvements on your physique, flexibility and technique. The community is also super friendly and enthusiastic . Also, I had a personal session with Russell, and it was fantastic! I would 100% recommend.

I'm not a real big kickboxing guy, nor am I in the best of shape, but the family at ILKB made me feel very welcomed. That type of commitment is always appreciated at any establishment. Signed up for the 6 weeks challenge and ended up signing up for a 1-year membership. I loved the classes, the environment and the instructors that were dedicated and followed our 6-week journey till the end. In 6 weeks, I lost 5.8% of body fats ( ~ 11.6 lbs of fats) and gained 3% of muscle weight. I started at 130 lbs and now I'm 118 lbs in 6 weeks only!!!!!! Yesss almost 12 lbs down and only 4 lbs more to go! I highly recommend this place!

I signed up for the 6 week challenge and really was amazed by how focused all of the trainers were to my health journey and seeing me succeed. Each trainer brought their own piece of awesome to the studio and I thoroughly enjoyed coming each week. I was provided a regimented diet to meet my goal and weekly weigh ins. It held me accountable and they gave me a booklet to track my success. I have never has this type of experience working with a trainer in the past or a gym. There are multiple check in points and it really is incredible seeing what hard work can help pay off. I enjoyed the class times and the energy at each class. I hope to be back in October! Thank you for a great experience I really throughly enjoyed myself and saw result fast!!

Just completed the 6 week challenge and loved it! I have to admit that I was a bit skeptic at the beginning, but the work out is absolutely fantastic! The meal plan is hard at first, but manageable and a really important piece of the process. The challenge is not easy and requires discipline and determination, but the feeling of completing it and succeeding is awesome! Overall a really positive experience.

I haven't been regularly active for most of my adult life (I'm 43). I signed up for the 6 week challenge, and it has been a life-changer. I wasn't sure how it would go at first, but I love the classes and instructors so much that I signed up for the next year. The change for me is incredibly important. I have MS and have struggled with my leg coordination over the past few years. I find running, jumping, and balance difficult. But kickboxing I can do! I modify some of the exercises and I feel confident and amazing. Thanks iLoveKickboxing!

I love kickboxing! I signed up for the 6-week challenge initially but couldn't continue due to a few reasons. I decided to continue as a term member and I have absolutely no regrets. I love coming to the classes for the excellent instructors, the awesome vibe/atmosphere, the variety of workouts, the calorie burn, and the sense of achievement at the end of every class. I can actually feel myself getting stronger and fitter. Working out has never been so fun and enjoyable!

I signed up for the 6week challenge and had great success. You need to be dedicated and follow the meal plan. I followed other recommendations that suggested going to 4-5 workouts/week to reach the results I wanted. Each instructor brings a unique style and energy to their classes. I really appreciated the stretching as part of the class. Be prepared to do the work and you won't be disappointed.

In 6 weeks I succeed on my goal. I lost almost 20lbs and 8% of fats! Thanks to their healthy meal plan and great coaches who kept pushing me towards my goal. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging each other. I enjoy doing kickboxing! Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to continue because of conflict of schedule and distance from my house. But they are such a big help in changing my diet. All my friends and acquaintance saw a big difference and make them wants to join the kickboxing as well. Thanks for all the coaches who helped me in my journey!!! I salute you all ?

I enjoy every minute of my workout. The coaches have become like family and I have met the most wonderful, beautiful people through this experience. I would recommend the 6 week challenge to everyone trying to make their life better. I have developed some fabulous eating and exercise habits that I will continue to use now that I have reached my challenge goals. I just make new goals and keep on going. It is called I LOVE KICKBOXING for a reason! I do love kickboxing!🥰🥰

I signed up for the 6 week challenge. I was able to beat it because of the coaches help and support. From nutrition, accountability, motivation and so much more. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and approachable. I love the community. I love every single class. All the sweat are worth it!! I highly recommend ILKB ROYAL OAK!!! ??❤️

I joined the 6-week challenge a few months ago, and although I didn't reach my goal (totally my and Covid's fault!) I couldn't stop thinking about the well-rounded, challenging and, yes, fun workouts! All of the coaches that I worked with were extremely energetic and friendly , and so easy to talk to if I ever had questions or wanted some advice. During the 6-weeks, I absolutely found myself with more energy and a more positive attitude. I have now become a member as I have experienced first-hand how beneficial these workouts have been for me and want to return to that level of health. I Love Kickboxing is a fantastic way to get into great shape and improve mental and physical health and I highly recommend this facility!
