We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

ILKB has changed my life for the better. Being sore has never felt so good. The trainers give me the motivation I lack and keep me going. I have so much more muscle than I thought I would in my 40’s. I highly recommend this. Worth every penny!

Love this studio! Totally helped changed my life by gaining more energy, changing routine and being conscious of eating habits. Not to mention. Instructors are awesome! Very friendly and encouraging! The best gym I've been by far!

This is by far the best experience I've ever had at any type of fitness facility. The staff AND members are all very welcoming. Never once made to feel self concious about myself. I have lost 40lbs since I signed up and still going strong. If you are committed and go to classes it can work for you too. There are all kinds of ways to modify your workout if there are certain things you have trouble with. Give it an honest try. You won't regret it!

The trainers, members, programming and services are one of the best experiences I had in the fitness world. I have tried many difference programs, gyms and personal training businesses, and this is by far the most effective program for me as a busy single mom; it is sustainable with long term health & wellness results! With covid, there is online training to fit anyone's schedule and fitness level. I have lost a lot of weight, but gained a lot confidence that I apply to my entire life now. After almost a year of commitment, I love this place and everything it has to offer. Give it a try today :)

I have never been one to exercise much but later-in-life-weight-gain convinced me I’d better start. I tried gyms and classes, but none of them really inspired or motivated me. Then I tried kickboxing. Wow!! I loved it from the first day. The studio is clean and welcoming and the staff are awesome! They are all so fun, friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. They really make an effort to get to know everyone who comes in and celebrate everybody’s successes. It’s fantastic and so motivating. I’m now going to class at least 3 times a week and really look forward to my hour to workout. I can feel myself getting stronger and more flexible every time I go. 🥊👍🥊
