We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

This place has been awesome. It is clean and the instructors keep you motivated. Ilovekickboxing has allowed me to get a fun effective workout in, and all fitness levels can do this. They have added so many classes that there is a time that works out for everyone!!!!! Update still attend at least 3 times a week and get an effective workout!

A great gym filled with amazing people!!! Been going to this gym for a little over a year now, I've got to say its an awesome place to be! I was hesitant at first but I'm so happy i stuck around. I've lost over 60 lbs from the time that ive started going here. Ive gained confidence, made new friends, learned new exercises, and learned a plethora of healthy eating tips/recipes. Not to mention its a very clean environment as well! Thanks for an amazing year ilkb!

Joining this gym was the best decision I have made this year! Since day one the staff has made me feel very welcomed from the way they greet me at the door to the words of encouragement throughout the workout. I have had so much success in my weight loss journey thus far. I could NEVER workout on my own and this workout has become the highlight of day!
