We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

My overall experience was very good. I signed up for the 6 week challenge because I needed the incentive to get my weight loss off to a great start. The classes were difficult in a good way. I really felt the difference between what I can do here and what I was doing at home, I couldn't compare haha. The nutrition plan provided did not leave me feeling hungry. I do have a bag at home so I'm able to take what I learned here and practice whenever I want to get a workout in. With the stretches, I also never felt any pain from the strenuous activity we were doing, it was magical. I ended up winning the challenge and I was having a lot fun losing the weight. I highly recommend this place to kick your butt in shape.

I first was attracted to ILKB from an advertisement for their 6 Week Challenge. I had reached a point in my life where I didn't want to make any more excuses about why I wasn't working towards being a healthier me. I didn't feel good about myself, and I didn't have much energy. I already had another gym membership, but I hadn't worked out in months. My challenge was to lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks by following the dietary guide and coming in three times a week for kickboxing classes. From the very beginning, I could tell that the members and staff had a close-knit connection. They were very welcoming and supportive and truly wanted me to succeed. The instructors work with you to tweak your moves during class, so you don't have to worry about being left behind or struggling. They know everyone by name and encourage you to challenge yourself. I completed the 6 week challenge at the beginning of this month, and I ended up losing 30 pounds. I decided to join up and become a member and work towards my next goal. It has been a great journey so far!

150% do I recommend this place! I decided to join because I wanted to try the 6 week challenge. During those 6 weeks, I made so many new friends. The classes are so much fun!! If you want to sweat and have a killer workout, then this is the place to go! The staff is so nice! They only want the best for you and motivate you to push harder. Honestly once you join the ILoveKickboxing family, you don’t want to leave! SO. MUCH. FUN! Try it out for yourself! You’ll end up loving it like I do.

The instructors are awesome. They push you to give it your all. The workouts are push your limits while still being fun. Everyone is nice and helpful.
