This is an amazing workout and super fun as well. The instructors are helpful and encouraging but they are not overbearing. I like to mix it up by doing many different types of workouts so I can tell you this is one of the best, over-all body and cardio work-outs you can get! I highly recommend ILKB Vancouver! :)

I got $40 deal on Instagram for 5 classes and got 2 classes so far. It’s an intense work out but you’ll feel the difference even after the first class. Staff working there is very friendly and helpful especially Rhaul. I’d ? recommend people to check this place out.

We joined ILKB about a month ago and we enjoy every class! It’s nice to switch things up from the gym with a fun but effective workout! David is a great, enthusiastic coach who has plenty of knowledge of the different movements! Highly recommend!

After spending the last couple of years during COVID ordering Uber Eats and lounging around on my sofa, decided it was about time to get back into some sort of fitness routine. The thought of going to a gym was just not a good thought for me so me and my friend decided we would try this place out and so glad that we did. I'm going on my third week and I have only wonderful things to say about this place. The instructors are amazing, the classes are always different, its always challenging and theres a really nice, welcoming vibe.It's a bit pricer than a gym membership BUT to be honest it kinda motivates me to keep going and also, signing up for classes in advance keeps me accountable cause I feel like I can't really flake out once I've made a commitment by signing up. I would recommend 100%!

Had the best experience. Been a kickboxer for half a year now and I've been enjoying it since. Trainers always coach us the proper way kicking the bag. Highly recommended especially for starters!!! 🔥🔥🔥

I decided to try iLKB as a new year resolution, and I am so glad I walked into these doors; it is more of a community than just a fitness class. The instructors take time to teach you combos, pump you up, hype you up, and 💀 be ‘all-out’ at the end of the session.
Absolutely love it! Walk in , and see for yourself! 10/10 recommend

In the beginning, I came for the 21/21 special offer, and then I decided to become a member. Sure, it is an investment that I needed to think about for a while. But I can feel the difference after going there 3 times every week (you can join as many sessions as you want, it's not limited, but I'm just kind of lazy😅) . I haven’t regularly worked out for years, and this program pushes me to commit to my health. I feel sweaty and exhausted every time, but I also get stronger and more flexible from time to time.
I've joined different sessions with three coaches, they are different styles but they will all inspire you to push harder and keep reminding you that this is your own challenge, you do it for yourself. Also, I enjoy working out with other members(partnering up is part of training), people here are friendly, respectful, and welcome to any body shape. I've been helped since the first day I came in without any kickboxing knowledge (literally, I didn't know what was I doing).
The space is not huge, but it's well-maintained. The washroom and bathroom are clean and everything you need for the shower is supplied.
