We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

stretching

Now that your body is warm and limber - we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it's time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

partner drills

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.

cooldown

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

Hi kickboxing team I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy these smaller classes in the studio and I love how after every bag round we do leg lifts or something it feels like a better workout from before. Thanks for always being there for us . I know I stopped for a bit I just had a lot going on but I am back and loving it. I finally did 3 classes this week and have 3 booked next week as well and the early morning Saturday class is the best thanks for allowing that. Again just wanted to thank you all for helping us stick with it. Theresa

I LOVE THIS PLACE, the workout is fantastic and the instructors are great‼️ I love the way they show you the form and if you need help they are always close by to help you out‼️❤️ if I love it you will too so don’t be shy and stop by this studio.

I’ve been going to the studio since it opened June of 2019. I can’t say enough about it. Friendly motivating staff, fun but very challenging workout, very clean and a great fit fam community. I absolutely love taking that one hour for myself!

I joined I Love Kickboxing in November of 2019. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the studio, the support and encourage from the staff and experienced the best workout that I’ve ever had. I struggled with finding an exercise that I enjoyed but immediately loved the kickboxing workout! The workout is designed to work the whole body. After class I feel more energized and motivated to keep working towards a healthier, happier me! I have always struggled with depression and anxiety and I find that after class I feel so much better. The instructors are all amazing, very friendly and welcoming every class. They will sit down with you to determine healthy goals and will take body measurements/pictures if interested to compare your weight loss/toning progress. They also offer a heart rate monitor to purchase in order to see track how many calories you are burning and how hard your working for optimal results. I would highly recommend I Love Kickboxing to anyone regardless of your age, gender or capabilities!
