I have been a member for 2 years now. The instructors are all amazing and supportive. They get to know you. (The advantage of a small gym). They keep you accountable and if you haven’t been to class in a while they email and/or message you. I just finished the 6 week challenge. And as hard as it was I feel great and am motivated to stay on track. Thanks Kayla, Heather, Jake, and Melody!

I had a great experience at ilovekickboxing in Woodbury. I started with the 2-week challenge and bought a membership. Coaches are professional, knowledgeable and supportive. I’m happy with the results and will continue to punch and kick it here.

I love this place it is so welcoming!! The instructors always keeps me wanting to come back. I have lost 5 lbs since I started going here and more to come. I cant wait to meet my goals!! I also love how not every day is the same thing. This is definitely a place to check out if you want to tone and strengthen or ever start something new!!

Absolutely love this place! I joined the 6 week challenge and lost 27 POUNDS! They gave me everything I needed to be successful, material, motivation & information... I would have never looked at a kickboxing bag & thought that, that alone was enough to get an intense workout with however now I know different. Thank you ILKB 🥊 for giving me a new way of working out & the motivation to push myself like never before! ❤

I joined the 6 weeks challenge a bit scared like most people. I started a week before Christmas on purpose and learned so much about self-control. I love the energy that the instructors/coaches have during class. I love that the coaches do go above and beyond in providing helpful tips, and adding/throwing in some mini challenges. I love the nutrition plan guide that's provided for the challenge in order to be successful - this was my most favorite part! I was able to self teach myself to read nutrition labels just based on looking at the nutrition guide. This gave me a complete different perspective about the kinds of food I put in my body in order for me to succeed in the challenge and be healthy! And I did it! I'd highly recommend this opportunity for everyone who's looking to challenge themselves whether it's to lose the weight, the body fat, or simply getting on the healthy eating bandwagon! The instructors, challengers, and members I met along the way are all amazing people! So glad I took this challenge. The opportunities lost are the ones you didn't take. I am proud to say that I am now a member!

I joined the 6 week challenge and made great progress towards my goals. The program helped me remain consistent and accountable. The meal plans were easy to understand and follow. The workouts were engaging and the time flew by, I always had fun!

A fantastic work out and an even better community! All of the staff and other members are friendly & there to help however you need. The membership is pricey but it is well worth it- it has improved my mental and physical health.

I am one of those people who gets bored with workouts after a few months so I avoided boutique gyms that only offered one type of workout. BIG mistake on my part! I am now in my second year at ILKB in Woodbury and attending classes 3-5 times per week. Kickboxing is SO fun! Everything about this place keeps me coming back. The coaches are amazing and support my individual diet and physical needs, hitting and kicking on a regular basis is great for physical and mental health, and the classes are full of fantastic people who cheer you on and challenge you. I never feel judged or self conscious.

So i saw this ad on Facebook for Ilovekickboxing to do a 6 week challenge. I looked into it and decided to sign up. I have been looking for ways to motivate myself to get active to lose weight. I was extremely nervous to start, i had never done anything like this before (especially the activity level) but let me tell you it was all worth it!!! The 1st 2 weeks were rough, i could barely move i was so sore! But I have finished my 6 week challenge and i have never felt better. My energy level is through the roof and i am feeling so much better emotionally, mentally and physically. I have never felt so motivated in my life to lose this weight (goal is 100 pounds) the instructors are very supportive and nice! This place is completely non judgemental and everyone is at a different level! The workouts are never the same so you will never be bored. So if you are looking to kick start an exercise routine! I highly recommend. This place is amazing 💕

I saw Ilovekickboxing on facebook and was hesitant to join. I was nervous because it was my first time joining a class studio. I joined the 6 week challenge and even though I didn’t reach my goal, I really enjoyed my time being active there. Not going to lie, the workouts are tough but with consistency it will get easier. Instead of calling them instructors, they are good friends that actually care about your goals and health. It was one of the best decisions of my life. Its a great experience if you join for your own health reasons instead of expecting what that place has to give for you.

I did the 6 week challenge, it was very interesting when I started! The atmosphere during classes were nothing but very supportive and friendly. All classes are open to everyone at different skill levels. I really enjoyed meeting fellow members of the gym. We all want the same thing! The instructors are amazing you can tell that they love what they do and want the best for you. The kickboxing community is a fun and loving family. Very informational with what needs to be changed in diet and workouts, they have great suggestions and want to help you be the best YOU. I wish this didn’t happen, but there was an incident that bothered me with one instructor. The instructor was having a conversation with member. And I stood near them, I made eye contact with the instructor and made a hand gesture. Clearly making it known that I would like to talk after their conversation. After their conversation finished. The instructor then turned and walked away from me. I had to follow the instructor and stop them from walking away to simply ask my question that I had. Even during our conversation, the instructor proceeded to keep walking around and no eye contact and Grabbing their belongings. And insisted me to ask the instructor, who just showed up to teach the next class. Believe me. you will know which instructors love their job, they have such genuine souls! I absolutely love them!

We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!
